Maritza Ponce, sole owner, has over 17 years of experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Marketing and Compliance.  She is a certified TaCCs (Tax Credit Compliance System) , Assisted Housing Manager, a Licensed Broker and Notary.  Before starting her new venture with CMP Consultants, Inc., a very young Ms. Ponce worked for over 13 years with L&M Development Partners.  She headed their marketing department, managed all aspects of the marketing program for numerous developments with a high success rate.  Ms. Ponce’s track record with L&M Development Partners and now with CMP Consultant’s Inc., and her continued commitment to providing Affordable Housing to those in need while implementing regulatory rules and achieving expected goals, have made her one of the top Marketing Specialists in the business.
